There’s a common perception that Cambridge International only suits the brightest learners. But at ACG Tauranga, we believe there’s nothing more satisfying for young people than rising to a challenge. We talk to our students about their transition from the NZ curriculum to Cambridge.

“There is a large contrast in the work load between the Cambridge and New Zealand curriculums. I’ve learned to study more frequently and efficiently.

We take tests more frequently than at my previous school and receive more feedback regarding how we are progressing throughout the year from those tests.

In class, we get through more work and are far more productive. The work is challenging and demands engagement in class.

My favourite subject is maths, because it’s challenging and involves problem solving.”
