You’ve just turned five – how was your birthday party?
The best part was my bouncy castle getting popped up. There was a slide and a ladder as tall as a roof. I closed my eyes when I went down the slide. There were sharks at the bottom that spat out water! My friends came and they had fun.
How did you feel before your first day?
I felt very excited because I wanted to come to Mrs Stevens’ class.
What have your first days been like?
Mrs Stevens helped me. My brother gave me a big hug on my first day. Blake helped me in the classroom.
What’s the best thing about school?
The best thing about school is Show and Tell. I can talk in front of the class. I love painting. I like counting and writing numbers and I love books.
